Togens Fly Shop is a fine example of outstanding customer service. Products are great, quick shipping is a real positive. My experience with all products ordered has always been positive. And, for the price your hooks are so much stronger than our local store brands. I have a large family and for birthdays and Xmas they always give me gift cards which I use to purchase fly tying supplies and wood working tools. I don't know why, but I can't use these cards in Canada, so I must turn to local sources for supplies and tools. I would rather deal with you folks than use our local sources. Your customer service is so much better. So as a suggestion, it would be a real treat is you all could or would accept gift cards from the US. I have a PayPal account I could use, but it is a pain to keep the payment cards updated and because our pay pal account was hacked into a while back I rarely use PP anymore. Thanks for all you do. Like this company. Shipping takes a bit longer to the US but that’s not an issue for me. Ordered twice now and have been impressed with the quality! Will definitely keep ordering!
