Definitely size down.
So this dress was all out of stock in my typical size down. So I ordered another size down at 1X and it fits perfectly still. But the arms are a little tight, but that's on me, because I really wanted the dress, but I didn't have my typical size down. But I love it all the same. Definitely long enough for the tall girlies.

Disappointed…
The dress is lovely but it’s see though. The dress isn’t lined either. I liked it bc I thought it would be similar to the Chloe dress. I wanted to exchange it, but all the dresses I like are out of my size. I’m just going to keep it and get it altered lol. For a dress that costs so much I’d expect it to be lined. The dress material is very thin.
