I love this journal! I love the color vibe, the icons, the way it is laid out. I actually started my weight loss journey 2 months ago so going back to fill it in gave me time to reflect on where I started to where I am now. It is a great way to hold yourself accountable. The one thing that I missed when I first started my journey was what measurements to take, so I didn't have some of the measurements, but I know now and going forward I can be more thorough.
I would say that most people are probably tracking their meals in an app, so the duplicate entries could be monotonous. Also, I am not sure how to calculate the body fat %, and others may not know how to calculate their BMI, so additional information or instructions on certain elements might be helpful.
