Absolutely lovely journal

Love this planner! You can leave detailed notes of what you've had in the day, different sections for A and B choices and Syns. Also has pages to enter daily and weekly syn totals so you can easily see what days are more tempting that others. Also love the trackers at the back. I track my cycle, whether I'm on or off plan and how much exercise I do. Love the stickers. Just love everything about this! Will be buying again in 6 months time. I have ASD so helps me to keep really detailed notes and organise my food for the day/week. Only thing that I would like that's not there is a page that u can add in if you have a fresh start - maybe a binder page with 'Fresh Start' that you can add in at any point if needed. But absolutely brilliant! I highly recommend! 5⭐️
