This is the best eye cream EVER! It's a bit of a splurge, but entirely worth it. It smooths, depuffs and helps reduce dark circles. I wear it under make up and it performs beautifully after a little dab of powder. More importantly, it keeps the skin around my eyes hydrated all day.

The only ice cream that truly makes a difference for me !
