Green Tea Enzyme Vitamin C Brightening Toner Pads

i absolutely love these toner pads. i normally don’t handle vitamin c very well. this isn’t like that. it’s not an overly aggressive volatile vitamin c. i use them in the morning ask my skincare prep before doing my makeup. makes a huge difference!
