Product is great! But I have to be honest and say customer service is not. Getting somebody to answer the phone less than multiple days would be ideal. Every rep I have had is no longer with the company or does not respond to my emails to place orders. I love balanced body products and the people that work for them, however it appears they are understaffed. I have several issues with the reformers that I can’t get fixed due to no response. Legs screws keep falling out and inside the spring pegs attachment screws fell out and can’t get proper repair. Help!
