Superb

The Bonavita makes very, very good coffee and it does so consistently. I use 36 grams of coffee beans to 600ml of water and find that to be the sweet spot. If I brew less, I keep the same ratio, but I make the grind one step finer. Likewise, if I make a full brew, I grind one step coarser. Shopping at Alternative brewing has always been a breeze. I highly recommend them.

Exceeded expectations

Delivery round Xmas always problematic for anything, but arrived in good time. Very happy with communication about that and associated grinder. Visited my son in US who uses Bonavita Coffee Make and is a coffee tragic, so I bought this and very happy with the coffee it makes. Alternative Brewing a good choice to use to buy it at a good price.
