I purchased two mirrors from Ex-Brite. (3X5) and a (4×5) The two mirrors arrived very shortly after I ordered them. I was very pleased with the speed at which they were shipped. One of the mirrors had a slight electrical glitch. I called customer service with the order number and they shipped me a replacement mirror the next day! Imagine my surprise to see that their customer service team were anxious to make the order perfect! I received the replacement mirror and they followed up to make sure everything was OK. This mirror hands down is fabulous!! It looks stunning up and the adjustable lighting makes it an extremely purposeful fixture. The packaging arrived pretty banged up but the mirror was outrageously packed and had not even a scratch on it. I would unequivocally recommend this product!! So very happy with this purchase, for sure!!
