Tom was amazing. He responded to my questions about retrofitting my headlights within an hour, which was really nice since I was asking the questions while I was working on them. The retrofit kit that I purchased looks amazing and the headlights are so much brighter now for my Xterra. The only thing I would recommend is some guidelines or basic instructions that come with the kit to help out with the install for that specific car... For example, I didn't realize I had to trim some of the shroud back so that I could point the headlights at an acceptable height for the road. I found that out after I had already resealed the headlights. I prepared for that tho since it was my first time doing this project. I knew there would be some errors. Besides that, everything was great. Great service!
