It's been helpful for me to work through this but I feel like they put a lot of filler space into this so it looks like there's more in it than there is.

While not a substitute for a therapist, this book would complement therapy nicely. The book utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a few other well established therapies to help you overcome your depression. 🫥 I am finding the book quite helpful. If you are mired in depression, I recommend this book to supplement your therapy sessions.
