My son is a huge Luke Skywalker fan so this saber was a no brainer for him. It was packaged beautifully and the sound fonts are awesome! The hilt is gorgeous, he absolutely loves it. The blacked out stand is perfect. Thank you, Theory and team. One issue I have with this saber are the buttons. They tend to get stuck a lot when you press them. We did have an issue with the last six inches of the blade no longer lighting up. I reached out to customer service and they replied very quickly (on a Saturday) and easily resolved the issue. It was simply a setting that had been changed inadvertently. Support was wonderful! I do wish that each saber came with it's own unique user guide instead of a generic one size fits all guide that barely applies to the saber you purchased. That's pretty annoying given the amount of money being spent. -1 star. Overall this is a great saber and we're very happy with it.

My box was torn and taped back together. It looked like the item I was given was a repackaged return. Hilt has a great build quality but the securing mechanism for the blade is poorly designed and won’t be able to handle much use. It’s basically a few 1/4” screws that are supposed to pin the blade but it’s not very good. Love the company but I regret purchasing at such a high price. Worth maybe $150 not $450. That’s a premium price but did not get a premium experience.
