On my 3rd Bottle

This is the finest “white” vinegar I’ve ever used. I sprinkle some on to dress up pasta salad, splash a bit on Rancho Gordo scarlet runner beans, and I especially enjoy it in vinaigrette for freshly cooked green beans.

My favorite vinegar from Feudo delle Ginestre.

This is my second bottle of the Pinot Grigio vinegar. Awhile back I bought all three vine vinegars (2 reds, plus the Pinot Grigio) from Feudo delle Ginestre. The red vinegars were good, but the brightness of Pinot Grigio vinegar really stood out. I find myself reaching for it over the other white vinegars I have in my pantry.
