Ink Beetle Derm Gel-8oz Tub

I usually use a second skin type product that requires I cut it, peel away the backing, line it up, stick it on, and peel off the other backing. This Ink Beetle product is so much easier. Nothing wrong with the other way, but this is so much easier. A quick squeeze, clean spread, dry, and I'm golden. It makes a peelable skin layer but I also noticed you can just walk in the shower, and the water will turn it back to gel and it just rinse off. It's so easy! I definitely let my tattoo artist know about it and give him updates so he knows this is a good product too. I really don't have any negatives to say. Not even the smell. It doesn't stink.

Game Changer

First time using this and I’m in love. As someone who is allergic to adhesives, it’s great to find something that helps protect that’s not adhesive. Also, I have cats who love to rub on my legs, that is where my new tattoo is. This product helps protect it from them and is not sticky, so it does stick to their hair and the hair doesn’t stick to the tattoo. It’s like second skin. Just in love!

I’d imagine it is better for smaller tattoos andtattoos that are not in places that move or bend such aselbows or inner elbows as it isn’t as flexible as a 2nd skin or a tagederm. You also need to be mindful that it needs constant applications as apposed to a set it and forget it like the aforementioned products. Does what advertised, I guess.
