I have these in my lounge, kitchen and dining area, great to be able to switch through : options for different times of day, it’s good to know I’m sitting in a light that is healthier for me and anyone visiting.

A worthwhile investment!

I have 4 of these bulbs in my home office and I really feel the difference after spending 8 hours a day under these lights compared to my previous LEDs. I switch my computer monitors into warm mode, and the BioLights to medium at around 15:00 every day, so I spend the last few working hours with less blue light exposure. Then if I'm ever in the office after 18:00 I have them in full night mode. I also have a single GU10 in a bedside reading lamp, which has made a huge difference for nighttime reading. I used to struggle to sleep after reading a book, now my sleep is much better!
