11/10 customer service, they were prompt and helpful when answering my questions. RabbitAir was actually sold out of the ‘art decal’ that I had purchased, so they had taken extra care to fullfill my order by sending a separate order with the missing part — both orderes arrived within days of eachother. The first day this was set up I think my body was in shock from the air quality change. The unit looks awesome & has completely changed the air quality for the better. Brain fog feels lesser, and feeling more rested. Working perfectly for 700 sq ft, 1bedroom apartment. Awesome product and awesome service, thank you :).

The best air filter available! I've had them for 15 years and just love them. It's essential when keeping parrots to have clean air, and they are so dusty. This is easy to clean, has awesome filtration, is true HEPA, has multiple settings, and is so quiet that the birds sleep with it on. 10/10
