Customer service sub-par

The parts are beautifully made. Excellent craftsmanship. I have yet to install them, but feel confident that they will fit. However, your customer service is sub-par. I've emailed and called your shop concerning installing tie rod ends on the tie rod and drag link. NO answer from your company. I would think this would be a question that could have been answered by you, but no. I assume you have been building these for a while now. For me however, this is walking on the moon. In New York, it is illegal to have hiem joints as steering components. Why? Who knows. It's New York... But, I follow the law. To potential customers, excellent products, but make sure you get answer from these folks first before you purchase.

Well worth the money

Great steering setup. Just did the wj knuckle swap on my xj and this kit worked perfect. Very heavy duty and well planned out. If you run everything under the knuckles, it clears the factory sway bar brackets. I have a 6.5 inch lift with under the axle track bar mount. Running the drag link under the knuckle, I ended up with no bump steer. Great setup at a great price. Would highly recommend for anyone doing the wj knuckle swap.
