Adorable nod to Parisienne style

Love the blue toile! I haven’t seen it paired with black velvet before. The design is adorable, but there were some loose threads when I received it (you can see in 2nd pic). The lower material is a bit thin and cheap compared to all the other things I have purchased from beginning, but it’s still cute! If you have C or a D cup, definitely size up.
