Pre-wash oil moisturizes without weighing down hair, even fine hair. I like to use it 2-3 x/week. Just depending on how my hair feels.

Love, Love, Love this treatment oil and the scent is divine. I usually apply throughout my hair prior to my Hot Yoga or Yin class as it protects my hair and also get the conditioning benefits. My hair is beautifully conditioned and soft.
