Large Cat Palm

I was excited about this plant, and was interested to see how it would hold up shipped in the winter cold. The plant dried out 6ish hours after arrival. We've been watering morning and night, and put it in more direct sunlight. It just doesn't seem to help. It's crispy and dried out. We're trying to care for it as best we can, but it didn't arrive in the best of health. We'll see if we can bring it back to life. It's been 7 days.

Plant Arrived with no soil and drooping

My plant does not look like the plant above. It is drooping on all sides with the palm leaves literary lying on the floor. I’ve ordered more soil which will hopefully help but it’s not due to be delivered until Friday after ordering more than a week ago. Hopefully it improves but at the moment it doesn’t look good at all.

Beautiful palm. Shipped with care and arrived in near perfect condition. I will definitely be ordering from The Sill again!!
