Arrived in horrible shape. Despite guarantee, all the Sill offered was how to clear off the leaves (potting soil plastered on all of them)& cut off the dead ones. HORRIBLE experience. Save your money & buy locally which is what had to do to get Valentines Day present for my wife of 50 years. The cost of the SAME plant locally, at super market was 1/4 the that paid at this rip off of a store. Weeks after my initial review, a rep from the sill contacted me and issued a full refund. (The plant was in such bad shape on arrival I went out & purchased an identical plant in perfect condition at a local supermarket for my wife, at ~25% of the price of the sill.
