Great alternative if you want shorter handles

These are solid and grippy. The handles are short, so the weight is more centered than most dumbbells. Perfect for use outdoors, like in a boot camp setting where they’re exposed to occasional rain and always exposed to a lot of sweat. Super stable if you’re doing pushups on them, and pretty grippy for exercises where you’re pinning the together like skull crushers and lat pullovers.
