Leaking beach LT Black..

Recently purchased two beach LT's, definitely enjoy the convenience and versatility of the design but my black version takes on water, about 1" after 30 minutes of use. I'm 100% sure of my set up of the kayak before it's in the water... Is there a retail service provider or exchange policy?
