Pretty and Sheer
I don't mind that these are sheer. I feel like I'm wearing Cinderella's slippers on my fingers.

Perfect.
I used On Cloud Nine as accent nails (+ iridescent snowflakes) with Purple Rain. That sparkle + the snowflakes were gorgeous. But it would certainly be beautiful on it's own.
