True to size, I love it was exactly what I needed.

Unfortunately I find these really uncomfortable. It’s hard to get the Velcro on the straps to not go over the edges and scratch my skin, and the compression is all on my waist rather than over the lower belly. I got these to support with my c section recovery but they don’t offer almost any compression low enough to help with that and fit more like a waist trainer. I got a couple different pairs of underwear from here that are cute and comfy, but these were a miss.
