Not only does this actually taste delicious, but it makes me feel relaxed. I fall asleep quickly and peacefully but most importantly I do not wake up feeling groggy the next morning.

This liquid melatonin 3 mg is the best I’ve ever tried. I’ve tried other brands and tablets and gummies and they didn’t work for me. This is all that I use to help me nod off to sleep. Great product!
