Did you change something?
I'm a long time user of your Buckwheat Honey, and I love it.....even with the price increase! However, I noticed that this order was a little lighter in color and not as sweet as usual. The color leans toward a milk chocolate, but in the past it has been darker, like a dark chocolate. Your thoughts?

Buckwheat Honey
One of my favorites. Arrived safely packed and quickly. Glass jar is a plus.
One source Buckwheat Raw Honey is hard to describe. Best to buy a small amount and try it. It has a strong unique flavor. I loved the flavor the first time that I tasted it.

Yummy healthy honey!
I bought this raw buckwheat honey, primarily because of its antioxidant properties. For example, I like to make a honey-cider vinegar-olive oil mixture as an elixir of sorts. A tablespoon in the morning, or a tablespoon at night can be helpful on many fronts. But I found out it tastes very good too!
I also discovered, a tsp of buckwheat honey is wonderful in coffee. It gives it a bit of a caramel flavor. I also like it on my plain whole milk yogurt. I am sure I will discover more uses for it, and will need to re-order it...
