Perform 12 Club Set - With Bag

Love love love them!

I’m new to golf but I’m older. After doing some research, these clubs were my best choice. Feel and look expensive. I received compliments from the pro I took lessons with. I’m 6’3” and just ordered the longer clubs. Using them makes me feel like I’m a better golfer. Unfortunately, I left my lob club on the course and it was not returned. So, thieves think they’re expensive. I was surprised because I swing as a lefty. Would be great to get that club back. Anyway, they are great and I’m loving them.

Terrible Customer Service

Somehow the clubs i ordered came in left handed extra long stiff shafts, when i thought i ordered right handed regular length and regular shafts. Maybe the mistake was mine and maybe it was yours. I emailed customer service to get it resolved and received responses that were incomplete and not really helpful. I really just wanted to send them back and get the right set. Eventually they sent me a return label and said that once they received the clubs I would get a credit in my account and could then reorder the correct clubs. This seemed more complicated than it needed to be, but I said fine. Well i sent the clubs back over 2 weeks ago and i have not received either the credit or a response from my emails asking about the status. Meanwhile the summer is passing and I have no clubs. This is just unacceptable.
