My initial purchase was small. A lighter and accessories. Upon confirmation of the shipment, I noticed that I had incorrectly identified my address. Recognizing that the lighter may never be received (which it wasn't) and also that it was my fault, I called Ed and attempted to order another one. He would have none of it, going above and beyond by sending another set the next day at his cost. Will be order again soon.
