Great pillow .I am a side sleeper with big shoulders and with the extra fill that came with the pillow the fit was great

Did not like the smell. The chopped up filling was uncomfortable and despite trying it for 30 days, I have requested a return / refund

Product is great but customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Multiple timelines for delivery provided when the product wasn't even shipped. Emails were ignored and then when I requested a refund my order was eventually magically shipped.
