Brightr® Eclipse Adjustable Firm Memory foam pillow

I had bought many pillows over many years and could never find one that suited. Some were too soft, some flattened very quickly, some gave me a sore neck. I liked the look of the Brightr one as it looked firm and high, which was what I wanted. The order came quickly and it recovered quickly from being vacuum packed. After first night of using it, I woke with a sore neck. But I remembered what one of the reviews had said about being able to remove one of the layers of the pillow to adjust to your requirements. A great idea! Did that and from that second night to today, I have had brilliant sleep. It is SO comfortable. Firm but comfortable. Love it!! Thank you for a wonderful pillow.
