Nagatanien Igamono Kamado-san Rice Cooker Donabe

The donabe is so beautifully made, I was reluctant to begin using it. It consistently produces the perfect rice, fragrant and tender, and keeps it warm for hours. When cooking broth-based dishes, the residual heat slowly brings out the flavour of the ingredients resulting in a richness and depth that’s hard to achieve otherwise. In a very short period of time, it’s become my main cooking vessel, quietly inspiring a more grounded, almost philosophical approach to cooking meals. The communication, packaging and delivery by CIBI was excellent and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
