Lovely, but still a few issues with blooms

The roses arrive on time, are very well packaged [they even survive my very destructive delivery folk] and the flowers themselves are lovely. Why not 5? Still having a few issues with dead/decapitated in each delivery, and the opening/bloom life is variable. Overall, I think this subscription a good value for the money, and will be keeping.

Only 5 survived out of 15

Unfortunately, out of my 15 stems, only 5 survived. The rest wilted before opening. I think what happened is that these roses need to be on their own because the surviving 5 were in their own vase, while the others that just wilted I had added to two different bouquets. Live and learn, I’ll keep them on their own next time. The surviving 5 were really beautiful though. I also didn’t see the variety listed on the invoice or other order details, I would have liked to know what kind I received so I could order them again. Maybe I missed this info somewhere?
