Replacement Remote for MCombo

Good replacement

Needed a replacement for the 6 button controller for my husbands recliner. Although it was out of stock for some time it finally came back in stock and works just like the old one. No problems.

Terrific Customer Service

My chair is also my bed. The control had to be replaced so I ordered one. Then I wasn't SURE I got the right one. This was on a Friday. Their people reached out to me, verified I had the right one and expedited the delivery. They're great!

Never was able to buy correct one

I tried multiple times to reach a person at your company about the replacement remote I needed the best I did was email asking for original invoice showing where chair was purchased. I was not the first owner and do not know who that person I purchased the chair second hand, I need a replacement power cord as well on my second try I now have the correct power cord. The replacement remote is easily identified because at the connection point of the cord it needs the female connection most of your replacement remotes have a male connection on them looking at your pictures. You may have a quality product but reaching a live person is IMPOSSIBLE!
