Mild Fermented Giardiniera Relish

We are so happy to have a delicious giardiniera with no soy oil or other problematic ingredients. The fact that it has no oil at all is actually nice as we can add our own preferred oil, if desired. We just lathered the mild version on our homemade sub sandwiches. It has a bit of spice but not too much. So good!! Can't wait to try the spicy version! Thank you for such a thoughtful product.
