John and Lisa are awesome my bad experience wasn’t their fault. My deliver driver just tossed them on my front porch after dark and they were ice cold (it was only 18 F outside) and unfortunately all DOA. I don’t fault them as they did everything right (packed with heat packs etc) it was just an unfortunate experience. I’ve ordered plenty of other things from them to include other snails and a beta before and never once had an issue. I will buy from them again but I am going to wait until spring time to do that.

Very pretty snail!!!!! Gorgeous shell. But it really doesn't do much. I think it has moved a total of about 6 inches since I placed it in the tank a couple weeks ago. I keep thinking its dead but he does pop his head out and moves a tiny bit every now and then. Maybe I got a dud, or maybe this species is just super chill and not motivated to do much of anything..??? Not sure. I'm used to the nerite snails which are more active.
