I haven't started using it yet, but am looking forward to replacing the old, cheap hw store model that I have. Assembly instructions were not very clear and poorly written. I was able to assemble it correctly, but it took longer than it should have. Either the instructions should be improved or a video should be posted (I couldn't find one for the assembly).

This is one the BEST hose reels I have ever bought. Very easy to round up I have a 100 foot hose on it. Can pull it all the way out and will not tip over like most of them. Very Very happy with it. It's worth the money.
