Creaks

Any pressure on the handle... it creaks.. the screws are as tight as they can get. I'v never heard a handrail make sounds.

Solid Well Built

I'm a metal fabricator , I could not have built a better railing than yours. Well Done.

Hand Rail

Although, I have not installed it yet, it looks great and expect it will be fine for my entry step. After actually holding it, I realize that I should have bought a more rounded version instead of the square one. However, the quality is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Optimum to others.
