I enjoy the Hair but there were a couple of things that made my experience feel like my business was not appreciated and that makes me unlikely to purchase again. I ordered 4 packs of 20 inch tape ins and paid $100 extra for 1-2 day shipping, then received and email stating that processing was 5-7 business days due to demand which as a stylist I understand, However, for $100 express there should have been more communication around that. I than went on to getting a “package has shipped” 4 days later that was then delayed 3 more days. Customer service also stopped acknowledging my concerns and when I received the package the box was damaged and the hair was wrapped in shredded tissue paper. No plastic or net just thrown in the box with tissue paper. Like I said l, the hair was fine, It colored well. But, it was a poor experience for me, the price that was paid I feel like I should leave this purchase feeling like my experience doesn’t matter. So I’d probably think twice about ordering with this company in the future.

The hair is so beautiful and soft. I love it.
