I have to say the customer service was excellent. My first plant arrived and was damaged. They sent me a replacement plant that is absolutely gorgeous! My Pink Princess philodendron is beautiful! Lost several lives as well on this plant. But it is so striking in color and gorgeous that I could care less about that.
