Unique Crepe Myrtle

I ordered the the Black Diamond crepe myrtle tree as a gift for a friend. The tree had to make a long trip across TX to get to me. There were a few branches broken on the tree when I unpacked it, but it has since bounced back after the stressful trip via Fed-Ex (I have never gotten a package from them that wasn't damaged in some way.) The plant itself is nice and has blossomed again once out of the box and placed in sunshine. My friend will be happy to get this because they are not available in our area.
