Incredible pillow incredible customer service

Messaged customer support and they helped me find the exact right pillow for me and helped ship it. The pillow itself is heavenly I can’t imagine ever sleeping without it ever again. I got firm but I love it because it maintains shape and doesn’t collapse but is still incredibly fluffy and soft.

Beautiful pillow Not sure I like the rope handle. It is firmer than I had hoped. However when speaking to Tyler, he stated that it needs to be broken in. Hoping he is correct The Hideaway is willing help remove down to make it softer however they recommend roughing it out for a while. Tyler, stated those that had down removed and it was too soft. It’s a very expensive pillow So really hoping it works otherwise another for the non working down pillow pile. I won’t buy another pillow and waste money if this doesn’t work So waiting to see….
