So far it hasn't helped. Tests still revealed low thyroid after 90 days. Bovine from cow apparently not as good as Bovine from pig as the human body responds better to pig.

Sleeping has improved

Sleeping issues was one reason for me to try this out. I went from 6 hours of sleep to 7, with occasional 8 hours. That hasn’t happened in over a year!

My thyroid levels improved quickly.

Good product. No side effects experienced.
