Amazing customer service and wow, the colors!

I purchased a strap for my Todd Snyder Timex Blackjack watch, but the size I needed was out of stock. They immediately reached out to let me know I could swap for a different one, but I wasn't sure what color I wanted. The folks at NATO suggested this one and man, I couldn't be happier.
