Arrived broken because of poor packaging

So unfortunately these arrived damaged because the set was not separated and the pieces protected individually: they were shipped exactly as you would buy them off the shelf, nested glass with maybe the lids separating the pieces. Bormioli shipped a replacement that also was destroyed because of poor packaging. Has anyone received an intact set?

Great Experience and Quality Containers

Great customer service and lovely dishes! I ordered these mainly for to replace a very large dish in my mother’s collection. We had some issues with the first delivery and the team was very helpful in sorting out the issue where they could. These dishes are already great quality and the service made the experience better, highly recommend!
