I purchased 2 medium flow and 4 heavy flow (per the recommendation from the company- in the FAQs I believe) and I am so happy for my purchase! The medium flow ones are perfect for the first day and the last 4 days of my cycle where it fluctuates between medium and light/spotting. I did not have an odor, I could wear them to bed with no leaking and was even able to make it about 16 hours (4 PM the previous day to 8 AM the next morning) and had just started to leak at that point because I was starting my heavier flow. I would highly recommend these! They feel cleaner than wearing pads which I would still leak in (even at changing every 2 hours on the heavy day) and are more reliable.

I got fed up with chafing and decided to switch from pads+underwear to period underwear. This set has worked great for me. If I wear them by themselves, no rash at all.

As comfortable as nothing at all

The biggest problem I have with pads is how they can feel like wearing a diaper. These don't feel anything like that - they feel like completely normal cotton underwear. Great for the middle of the cycle.
