3% Stem Cell Peptide Treatment

Buyer Beware! Act+Acre processed a new order for a subscription I am unable to cancel. Shopify directs me to Act+Acre to manage, however their website it says there are no active subscription for me, which is why I believed I would not be charged or receiving any further products. (They do, however, have my past/current order info!). I am unable to get in touch with them as the call defaults to a message that says they cannot take my call and to call back later. Minnesota legally requires businesses that offer online subscriptions to provide a simple, accessible way to manage and cancel the service online. I do not want this new shipment as this did not work for me and since I used most of it (to give it ample time to work) I was unable to return it, as they require more than half of the bottle to be filled. In my opinion this company has some very deceptive and illegal business practices. I do not want this product and will now probably pay to return the new shipment!

Would have loved to try this--terrible customer service!

I ordered this as part of a promotion on 4/18 (it was supposed to come with a complementary towel and dermastamp), and while my order was marked processed, it never arrived. When I reached out to the Act+Acre team, they sent me a message with information to track my package, but it contained no actual information--clearly just a copy paste without double-checking that the relevant information was there. I followed up. As you can see in the photo, she says it was delivered on "[date]" (does not include a date) and I can check "here" (no link to where to check). I reached out on 5/4, heard back on 5/8, and then followed up on 5/8 and have not heard back since (i'm writing this on 5/17). I hate to write negative reviews, especially since I have friends who love Act+Acre, but it's really disappointing to have such nonexistent customer support.

Amazing

I have been using this product for over a year now and I will not be with out!!!! Be it from menopause or covid my hair fell out and thin so bad. I started using the Stem Cell system and have never looked back. The results are visible. My hair is growing, thicker than ever and the shine is beautiful. Do your hair a favor and invest in products that work.
