The bugs and the container honestly shocked me. They were clean and full of feed for the worms. I am so excited to have found this place as the worms and other bugs are gut loaded and really well cared for. Will for sure be ordering from here again!!!

Dead on arrival

Only had 2 horn worms and 4 silk worms by the time it arrived.

Replaced immediately.

After receiving an order that was extremely incorrect, I was very upset and wrote Symton an email detailing the lack of contents of the package and just how unhappy I was. They replaced the package immediately, everything arrived in decent condition even though I still didn't receive the cold ice bags I had bought so all the bug containers were extremely hot to touch (I live in the south). Otherwise, I appreciate that they were quick to resolve the matter. Very stand up company.
