100 dead super worms, and the seller don’t care

I have been a customer for years and been loyally buying all my BSFL from this place. Over the years the larva got smaller and smaller, but I figured business is getting harder to run, so be it. But my last order takes the cake. I received 100 dead super worms which I reported 48 hrs later (because I work night shift in ICU and drive an hour each way to work, so I didn’t check the worms as soon as they arrived, because I made a mistake of trusting the seller) and I was given 25% discount toward my next purchase which I can’t combine it with any other discount. So, in order to recoup my loss I need to spend more money.

These waxworms came to me healthy and fat. They were all alive. The price is the best Ive found too.
