First of all, a big thank you to Brian, who continued to pursue this lost shipment. The first delivery company mysteriously lost/canceled my order. I emailed numerous times, and finally the email came that my shipment had gone out via FEDEX. The hardware arrived and is professionally packed for perfect condition. High quality items that I can not wait to use in my new house! To anyone that has had frustrations with shipping - keep at it - it will eventually get resolved.
